Lori started working as a pest control technician in 1991 and then began working in the office after an injury. Over the years, she has gradually taken over its management, overseeing day to day operations, scheduling services, providing government and state billing, and various other office needs. In her down time, Lori loves reading, gardening, spending time with her cats (both at home and work) as well as her recently retired husband.
